What do I do if my luggage is damaged or lost?

In case of damage or loss of your luggage on your flight, please ask for a certificate (PIR - Property Irregularity Report) at the airline counter immediately.

Please note that the filing of your claims for damages against the airline must be done within certain legal deadlines.

For claims due to delay, damage or loss of luggage against FTI as tour operator, a limitation period of two years applies for warranty claims from the end of your trip and three years for damage claims from knowledge of the damage.
