If you would like to book additional services during your stay or if you have a problem, the staff of our local partner agency will be happy to help you in many places.

Please note that there are sometimes no fixed office hours in the hotels. In the Maldives and Sri Lanka, your tour guide will inform you about the destination and visit you regularly at your hotel.
